Problems about WordPress

Since last year, I have the urge to redo! my website design and I came across a plugin named Elementor. Without a doubt, seeing the numbers of installs and numerous youtube videos stating the ease of designing by dragging and dropping, I gave it a try and succeeded in designing a satisfied website that i always wanted. Though, its not 100% up to standard but Still a website designed all by myself .

As some of the seniors in WordPressing may know, we do have to keep on updating the base structure WordPress and all of its plugins to prevent any attacks on our website. I did just about everything. Alas, it wasnt an attack by the hackers, we were attacked by the incompatible plugins and untested trials causing the whole website that I painfully took weeks or months to complete.

The problem here is, we are in the 20th century where WordPress should/supposed to iron out issues automatically in the event we laymen designers had any issues with our website. I was disheartened and was trying to look for other alternatives but the ease of blogging through wordpress make me stay on. A few months after the attack of the plugins, i decided to revisit the WordPress to iron out the issues i have with the distorted website. And sure enough after updating the themes and all, the website went back to where its supposed to look like the first time. I was super elated.

Problems is, why does it take months to update the bugs? After the hiatus, I encounter another issue where the whole website wouldnt load. This, I have to admit is due to my ignorance. I changed some setting I shouldn’t have done. I had to restore through an old updates I had backup before and that cause alot of my blog post being resetted back to the past. That is the one thing that I’m very concern with.

Thanks for listening and reading to my woes. Till next time, adios.
