Most of you might have seen the Singpost lockers and the familiar parcel lockers at most shopping outlets.
Well, We had the honour to work for a government project, assisting in any ways we could. A lifetime opportunity to learn something new. We have learn the ropes of setting up the E-Lockers, how they work, how they interconnect, how the UI works and how they are being use for. We have learned how to maintain the lockers with everyday usage by the users. There are many applications for the smart E-Lockers, most notably using it as a parcel locker. However apart from being a parcel locker, it can also be applied to a working environment where supplies are automatically deliver/self collect via a smart card when scanned. I see many great things ahead for this type of E-Lockers where its already vastly in use in Mainland China. Also some pics below shows a touch screen kiosk which complements the Smart E-Locker setup. The Kiosk is the first thing we interact with when a work flow is call upon. Do call me up if you have an interest in setting up similar smart automatic e-lockers.
